Since its launch in 1997, JRCEP has worked diligently to provide local community members with economic opportunities to improve the livelihoods of their family members or communities. JRCEPhas benefited thousands of individuals and families by implementing programs and projects which empower communities to articulate their needs and facilitate their contribution to their own economic development.
The Community Empowerment Program (JRCEP) aims to mobilize and empower members of vulnerable communities that have the potential to become entrepreneurs and employees.The program's overall objective is to increase household incomes through two areas: Micro & Small Enterprises and Entrepreneurs, and Job Placement
